These trade fairs have become the largest and most prestigious metallurgy events of Eurasia aiming to bring together all the key players of the foundry, iron and steel and non-ferrous metals industries under one roof. Taking place every two years since 1992, the fairs are creating a reputation as one of the most significant exhibitions for metallurgy industry suppliers.

The 2018 edition of this event was deemed a great success as 1,020 exhibitors from 45 countries and around 17,197 industry professionals from all around the world gathered on the 21,832m² exhibition area. Special area for diecasting

There is a rapidly growing section for the diecasting industry, which is one of the main topics covered at ANKIROS and leading diecasting press and machine manufacturers have already reserved their exhibition spaces. This is the right place to meet almost all the leading diecasting companies.

Connect with iron-steel producers in halls 8 and 9

Turkish steel production ranks eighth in the world. Considering this growth of the steel industry; during ANKIROS 2020, halls 8 and 9 will be exclusively dedicated to the steel making sector. Worldwide leading suppliers to the steel industry as well as the steel producers and steel service centres will be showcasing their products and services in these specific halls. Additionally, the steel makers who are affiliated with TCUD – The Turkish Steel Producers Association – will welcome visitors in this special exhibition space, which will create a one-stop destination for steel products.

Everything about foundry products

TURKCAST 2020 will welcome exhibitors from around the world. Adding one new hall to expand TURKCAST will provide the opportunity for an even wider range of Turkish and global foundries, which produce castings for automotive engineering, heavy industry, construction, transportation, cement, ship building, agricultural machinery, white goods, energy, defence, glass, ceramic and many other related industries.

With its geographic location and modern foundry investments, Turkey is the leading metal casting exporter among EU countries, with 1.5 million tons of castings, 2.3 million tons of production and 2.7 million tons of installed capacity in 2018. Around 65 per cent of Turkish casting production directly exports to mainly EU and industrialised countries. Castings buyers are easily able to connect with many foundries in different ranges, certifications, metal types, technologies and value added services with well-known Turkish hospitality.
